In a shocking incident late Wednesday night, a 23-year-old man was reportedly stabbed to death by four juveniles in the Hastsal area of Dwarka, Delhi. The victim, identified as Govind, was on his way home from work with two colleagues, Rakesh (22) and Sachin (22), both also employed in the private sector. The trio was nearing their destination when they were attacked by the group of four juveniles, according to the police.

How the incident occurred?

A senior police officer reported that the juveniles initially began verbally assaulting the trio, leading to a heated confrontation. The situation rapidly escalated, with the juveniles allegedly attacking Govind with a knife. During the attack, one of the suspects restrained Govind while another stabbed him. Govind lost consciousness and was subsequently rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the officer stated.

After filing an FIR, the police reviewed CCTV footage from the area, which led to the identification and arrest of the four juveniles involved. The murder weapon has also been recovered, strengthening the case against the suspects. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident and are currently questioning the juveniles to uncover the motive behind the attack. Authorities are also investigating whether there were any prior interactions between the accused and the victims or if the attack was an unprovoked act of violence.
